My story
Being Brooklin
For most of my athletic career, I thought more was always better. More training, more intensity, more sacrifice. As a 3x CrossFit Games athlete and competitive weightlifter, I wore the grind like a badge of honor.
Then my performance fell apart.
Years of restriction and all-or-nothing thinking caught up with me fast. I was training harder than ever and going backwards. That was the hardest thing to accept was that more work wasn't the answer. It was actually the problem.
So I rebuilt everything. How I trained. How I ate. How I thought about my body. I stopped chasing intensity and started building intelligently.
Today I'm the most confident I've ever been in my body. My hormone panel has improved. My body fat and muscle mass are both in a healthy range. And I didn't get there by going harder, I got there by going smarter.
That's exactly what I build for the women I coach.

My unique approach
Tailored to you
Your life isn't cookie-cutter, so your program won't be either. You've got a career, responsibilities, and maybe 45 minutes on a good day. I build everything around you — your schedule, your history, your starting point. No guesswork. No generic plans dropped in your lap. Just a clear path built for your actual life.

nutritional methodology
Fuel well, feel good
Nutrition doesn't have to be a war. I'm not here to take your food away or hand you a meal plan you'll follow for exactly 11 days. I'll teach you how to eat in a way that actually fits your life — real food, flexible strategies, no guilt spiral because you had wine on Friday. When you stop fighting your nutrition, everything else starts clicking.
book a strategy session
30 minutes. No fluff. Just a real conversation about where you are,
where you want to go, and exactly how we get there.
